Calzedonia is a lingerie and underwear brand owned by Calzedonia Group, an Italian company that owns five Italian brands. The company offers very limited transparency. There is a sustainability report for the mother company in general, but it is in Italian and does not reveal much relevant data about the company. The information provided is insufficient and provides no evidence of actual efforts for improvement. Calzedonia has signed the Fashion Pact, which is a step in the right direction towards climate action. But with currently no specific targets or measures in place or any information about workers and animal rights, we worry about the actual mechanics of the company.
